A lot of people have stopped getting videos after buying keys. Don't know whether or not it's related.
I buy keys with ribbons, and have only ever seen videos a couple of times in the start, and never since.
Don't expect a sincere answer from zynga regarding this matter. It's been asked many times, and never been answered.

I bought some keys in December to buy the siamese cat which was on offer. I've since lost the cat and the keys and spent the last week in communication with support trying to get them back. I watched a couple of videos during that week which were supposed to give a key each time but didn't. Spending money on this game is too much of a risk. I won't be doing it again.

@Kevin Faussadier after I posted this they finally gave me one of the 3 missing animals back. After they told me they 'could not verify ' my claim to have them, I sent them a screenshot of comments I'd made on this forum. Luckily it was all about winning the cozy snow fox in December. I had no proof of the other 2. Think I'll be taking more screenshots as insurance in future. I didn't get the one I paid for back. I'm saving up free keys to buy her again.

What do they say that you spent the keys on if it wasn't the farmhand? I think I would send another support ticket and ask that it be bumped up. You can look at your purchase history I think and show what your key balance is and ask them what their records show you used the keys for if not the farmhand. (not sure, but it is worth a try)

@Avesha well it's ancient history now but what I think happened was this. My account rolled back 3 levels so I lost too much to list. The first person to see my Support ticket was (how to be polite?) not clear what he was doing. So he simply gave me the level back but without any of the progress (about 300 hrs by my reckoning). In doing so he over wrote my cloud farm so it was impossible to regain my progress. At that time I didn't take screenshots so the only proof I had was that I'd commented on here about one of the prize animals. After many days escalating my case to someone who actually knew what she was talking about I got my cozy snow fox back, nothing else.
At that point I realised that screenshots are necessary on a regular basis and spending money is a risk. I vowed I would never buy keys again but now I think I enjoy the game and spending a little on it occasionally is fair enough.
I think Zyngas business model is a little strange. They have so many bugs in their games and upset people regularly yet they obviously have enough people spending money. I've played a lot of the other similar games and never encountered a single problem yet for some reason this one is still my favourite.
